Q: What is Graphic Design?
A: Graphic Design is the process and art of combining text and graphics to communicate an effective message in the design of logos, graphics, brochures, newsletters, posters, signs, and any other type of visual communication.
Q: Who owns the copyright for the designs you produce?
A: Once as full payment for the design is made you (the owner) will have full rights. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
Q: Will I be able to use the stock images for my design?
A: All stock images are purchase. We refuse to use any images from online/google that is not purchased. Once the design is completed you will have the rights to use the design. If you remove the stock image from the original design and use the image on another design you will not have the rights to the stock image anymore.
Q: What are Social Media Designs?
A: Social media designs are used on many platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Designs are used for promotion in letting clients, customers know more about your business.
Q: How long will it take to get my designs back?
A: Every job is different and every deadline is different. Please allow sufficient time for the designing and proofing of your work. If your deadline is very tight, we will do our best to complete your work within this time. We will, of course, advise at the time of the work.
Q: I need something designing yesterday, is this possible?
A: Sometimes customers require our services at very short notice. We can usually accommodate rush jobs depending on the size of the project and how full our production schedule is. These jobs are usually subjected to an additional charge. Please check Terms & Conditions for more info.
Q: What types of payment do you accept
A: We accept payments via PayPal. Invoices can be paid with debit or credit cards.
Q: How will I receive my files?
A: We will deliver your design files either by Email or Dropbox link.
Q: What kind of files do you work with?
A: At this time we only accept Hi-Res images for all designs. Hi-Res images give you a better quality designs.
